STOP ITB FLARE UPS DEAD

itb-syndrome-anatomy

Ever since rock climbing (not running) demolished my right medial ligament in the 1990’s I have been completely OCD about tendons and ligaments.

Ligaments and tendons lack the vascularity of muscles and bones. As a result you cannot get enough oxygen to a torn ligament or tendon for rapid healing.

That is why I am such a pain in the butt about stopping flare ups before they become injuries. This video covers what I do, and is extracted from what I cover in a whole chapter of my book.
