Fuel up your next bike ride with these carsinogens
Put a group of cyclists together for long enough and they will discuss training plans, but eventually the conversation will touch on nutrition at least once. And a good portion of the nutrition conversation will focus on what to eat and drink during a ride so that you can finish without any dips in energy levels.
There once was a time when arsenic was thought to have performance enhancing properties for on the bike fueling. We now seem to be coming full circle back to class one carcinogens as cycling fuel.
