In case you hadn’t noticed this before, women are physiologically (and hormonaly) different to men – something to do with the survival of the human species.
So many of the female athletes that come to see me are over trained, burnt out or injured – or a combination of these.
There are two possible solutions to the problem:
The FAR less healthy option will be to inject enough testosterone / steroids to be able to cope with the training loads in a male specific training program.
The second, and healthier option is what I cover in this video.
