We all have our own preferred time of the day for exercising. You, no doubt, have yours and I have mine.
When choosing my exercise time, I took into account factors outside of just the exercise. many people do their best to fit exercise into their busy schedule. For me exercise time is the first thing I put in my schedule and allocate time for the rest of my day around that.
