AGE ILLUSION and PERCEIVED LIMITATIONS

So often I hear age as an excuse for why a person chooses not to follow a lifestyle of fitness and health. Yet at the same time there are those who choose a path of fitness well into their 70’s and 80’s and beyond. Training needs to be adapted for slower recovery.

But seriously, never let age be an excuse for you to justify your lack of health and fitness. Whatever your level of mobility, get moving.
