We know that Caffeine is considered a performance enhancing stimulant that until fairly recently even featured on the WADA list of banned substances.
Does Caffeine help all people equally? Is there a way to boost the performance kick that you get from the same dose of Caffeine? Do you need different dosages of Caffeine for better results in events of different distances – Half Marathon, Marathon, and Ultra?
