All of us on some level face struggles within ourselves. Some of these struggles may be transient, while others linger within us for years.
For many of us the inner turmoil comes from a space of feeling different to those around us. It is worthwhile remembering that almost all the great innovations and creativity in the world came from minds that were perceived different to the social norm.
Over the years I used to challenge myself, usually physically, as a means of coping with internal stresses. This November I will attempt to write 50,000 words as part of NaNoWriMo because I have never done that before. What about you? What do you do as a means to cope with your struggles? Share below.
