The outcome of consuming a diet laden with processed junk is easy to see when you look around. For some of us we need glance no further than the mirror.

The trouble with processed junk is the carefully formulated blend of fat, sodium and refined sugars. It is that perfect blend that keep you coming back for more and more and more.

Many think that the road to breaking the junk food cycle is in a restrictive diet – but most of the time that only leads to a “blow out” style relapse binge into junk food.

My approach is completely different and has worked for me long term as well as all of those who I have coached through their weight loss.
