Ever since I started knocking myself back into shape I have made mornings my workout time of choice. For me it has been a great way to shake off the cobwebs of sleep – and get my workout in while those around me are still asleep.
It gives me a sense of getting ahead of the proverbial game right at the start of the day.
Over the years I have gotten to know what works for early morning (usually before sunrise) fueling.
