Cholesterol is a topic close to my heart, pardon the pun.

Some people believe that you can diet your way to lower cholesterol – especially those why push the Paleo / Banting narrative.

While others feel that you can eat whatever crap you like, just as long as you burn calories at the rate of a Tour de France cyclist.
